the staff helped with milk for our baby. i found that service helpful because shops were closed after 7 pm on sunday. the hotel itself was clean and near a metro station.
the double room proved impractical for two people. i found too little space for luggage and no hooks for towels.

The staff was friendly. That was acceptable.
The room was small. The toilet and shower were super cramped with the door opening inwards. There were only large towels, no smaller ones for hands or hair, and the sink seemed to be in the middle of the room.
